Steps To Download TNPSC Group 4 Hall Ticket 2024?
If you are not sure how to download your TNPSC Group 4 Hall Ticket for the 2024 preliminary examination, follow these steps below:
1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official TNPSC website (www.tnpsc.gov.in).
2. Choose the Hall Ticket Download Option: Look for the “Hall Ticket Download” option under the “Important Links” section on the website.
3. Click on the Registered User (Login): After step 3, you will be directed to an external website. Now, click on the Registered User (Login) option.
4. Login: Log in using your registration ID and password. If you haven’t registered yet, complete the registration process first.
5. Choose Download Hall Ticket: Once you log in to your account, you will see the dashboard. Click on the Download Hall Ticket tab.
6. Click on Download Hall Ticket Link: Once you click on the Download Hall Ticket tab, you will see the Group 4 Notifications / Advertisement details. Click on the Download Hall Ticket link.
7. Enter Application ID & DOB: After clicking on the link, enter your Application ID ( can be found in Dashboard>>>Application History), and Date of birth.

TNPSC Group 4 Selection Process
The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) conducts Group 4 exam for various clerk-level posts in the government offices. Here are the details of the TNPSC Group 4 Selection Process for the year 2024:
- Written Exam:
- The written examination is for 300 marks.
- It is an OMR-based exam with no negative marking.
- You need to qualify this written exam to proceed further.
- Document Verification:
- Those who clear the written exam will be selected for document verification.
- After document verification, shortlisted candidates will be called for counseling.
- During counseling, candidates will be allotted their post, unit, and department based on their rank and category.
- Physical Certificate Verification (For posts other than Forest Guard, Forest Guard with Driving Licence, Forest Watcher, and Forest Watcher):
- Candidates selected through the written exam and document verification will undergo physical fitness verification and skill verification (as per the post requirements).
- Physical Standards Verification and Endurance Test (For Forest Guard, Forest Guard with Driving Licence, Forest Watcher, and Forest Watcher posts):
- For these specific posts, candidates will be assessed through a physical standards verification and endurance test.
- The test includes a walk over 25 km (completed in four hours for male candidates) and 16 km (completed in four hours for female/third-gender candidates).
There is no interview process for TNPSC Group 4 selection, interviews are only for Group 2 and Group 1 posts.
